PCC HISTORY
The PCC was founded by Angelina Iles, a citizen concerned about the increasingly dilapidated condition od the Lakeside/Wardville Community;a community that she called home for more than a decade. Ms, Iles is a Rapides Parish School Board Employee who has traveled extensively throughout the world and was saddened to find some of the conditions in her community paralleled with those of third world countries.

Ms. Iles began expressing her concerns to local official Kevin Dorn and soon initiated a meeting which would soon become the beginning of the Lakeside/Wardville communities first real effort to make a change for all its citizens.Ms. Iles secured the meeting hall of the Gesthmane CHurch on Ray Street for its first meeting. The church has graciously continued to host each monthly meeting

Through her persistance Ms. Iles was introduced to SGT. Mike Gates, Pineville Community Police Officer, Ms. Kathy Stedman and SGT. Randall Borde,a Rapides Parish Community Police Officer
